30-Day Return Policy

At HiFiSoundGear we stand behind every product we sell. Here's everything you need to know about returning an item.

Our 30-Day Return Promise

  • 30-Day Window from the date of delivery to start a return.
  • No Questions Asked — if it isn't the right fit, we'll accept the return.
  • Free Return Shipping — we cover the cost.
  • Cash-Back Refunds to your original payment method (not store credit).
  • 15% Restocking Fee applies to approved, non-defective returns and is deducted from your refund.

How It Works

  • Email info@hifisoundgear.com with your order number to start a return.
  • Not sure yet? Our team is happy to help you optimize your setup first — sometimes a small adjustment makes all the difference.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 2 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in “Like New” condition — clean, fully functional, and free of wear beyond initial evaluation.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and ear tips must be included.
  • Items missing components, damaged, or showing cosmetic wear may be subject to deductions or rejected.
  • To keep our policy sustainable, customers are limited to 2 returns within any 365-day period (reset annually from the date of your first return). Each order is evaluated independently.

Special Cases

  • Custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs): non-returnable once production has begun.
  • Damaged or defective items: not subject to a restocking fee — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
  • Open-box items: returnable under this policy and include the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Color-variant exchanges: requests to exchange for a newly released color may incur a handling/shipping fee and may be subject to the restocking fee.

Policy Abuse & Right to Deny

We offer one of the most generous return policies in the industry, and we protect it from abuse. HiFiSoundGear reserves the right to deny returns or refuse service in cases of excessive returns beyond the stated limit, returns after extended or rental-like use, returns of modified or misused items, attempts to return items not purchased from us, or any fraudulent activity. Items purchased for one-time or temporary use (for example, trade shows, conferences, or promotional events) are not eligible for return.
