HiFiSoundGear Elite Membership — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the HiFiSoundGear Elite Membership. By purchasing and using a Membership, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Overview
The Elite Membership is a paid program providing members with exclusive benefits, including:
- 15% Off All Eligible Orders — automatic discount at checkout (see brand exclusions in Section 10).
- Personalized Metal Membership Card — one custom-engraved card.
- Priority Shipping — member orders move to the top of our list.
- Extended Returns — up to 2 per year (see Section 5).
- VIP Access to New Releases & Sales — early email notice.
2. Eligibility
- Available to individuals 18 or older.
- Non-transferable; intended for personal use only.
3. Membership Fee
- The Membership fee is charged as specified at checkout (one-time or recurring).
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated.
- Discounts and perks apply only to purchases made after activation and are not applied retroactively.
4. Membership Perks
- 15% Off All Eligible Orders cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated, and excludes the brands listed in Section 10.
- Priority Shipping applies to in-stock items and does not guarantee specific delivery times.
- VIP Access grants early access to select product launches and promotions via email.
- Perks and benefits are subject to change at HiFiSoundGear’s sole discretion.
5. Returns — Extended Member Policy
Effective immediately, Elite members may make up to two (2) returns within any rolling 365-day period. This replaces any prior “unlimited returns” language.
- Members receive an extended 60-day return window (vs. our standard 30 days) on eligible orders placed while the membership is active.
- Products must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to approved, non-defective returns and is deducted from your refund. The fee is waived for defective items or an error on our part.
- Returns are limited to 2 per rolling 365-day period, reset from the date of your first return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Policy Abuse & Right to Deny. We offer one of the most generous programs in the industry, and we protect it from abuse. HiFiSoundGear reserves the right to deny returns, apply restocking fees, or revoke membership in cases of excessive or repeated returns beyond the stated limit, rental-like or extended-use behavior, or returns of modified, damaged, or misused items. Decisions regarding policy abuse are at our sole discretion and are final.
6. Personalized Metal Membership Card
- Members receive one custom-engraved metal card after purchase.
- Customization must comply with our content guidelines (e.g., no offensive or inappropriate language). We reserve the right to reject engraving requests at our discretion.
7. Renewal & Cancellation
- If the Membership is a recurring subscription, it will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Members can cancel renewal anytime through account settings or by emailing info@hifisoundgear.com.
- Canceling does not result in a refund but prevents future charges.
8. Modification or Termination
- HiFiSoundGear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership program at any time. Where reasonable, members will be notified in advance, and remaining benefits honored where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
- HiFiSoundGear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of membership benefits.
- Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
10. Brand Exclusions
At the request of certain manufacturers and in accordance with our authorized-dealer agreements, the following brands are excluded from the Elite 15% discount: Noble Audio and Cayin. These products remain available to members at standard pricing, and all other Membership benefits still apply. This list may be updated as manufacturer agreements change.
