Welcome to the HiFiSoundGear Elite Membership program. By purchasing and using a HiFiSoundGear Elite Membership ("Membership"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview

The HiFiSoundGear Elite Membership ("Membership") is a paid program that provides members with exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:

Personalized Metal Membership Card – ONE custom-engraved metal card.
Priority Shipping – Member orders are pushed to the top of our shipping list.
Unlimited Returns – Return like-new products in their original packaging for a refund.
10% Store Credit – Credit is added to customer accounts after shipment of their order.
$50 Monthly Credit Giveaway – One random member gets $50 store credit each month.
VIP Access to New Releases & Sales – Members get notified by email of new products before other customers.

2. Membership Eligibility

The Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Membership is non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

3. Membership Fee & Refund Policy

The Membership fee is a one-time or recurring charge as specified at checkout.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
Discounts and perks apply only to purchases made after membership activation and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Membership Perks

Priority Shipping applies only to in-stock items and does not guarantee specific delivery times.
Unlimited Returns extend our standard 365-day return policy to unlimited for members. All other return conditions remain unchanged. Read more here.
10% Store Credit is applied to your account after order shipment and is non-transferable.
$50 Monthly Credit Giveaway is awarded randomly to one active member each month. Store credit does not expire.
Perks and benefits are subject to change at HiFiSoundGear’s sole discretion.

5. Personalized Metal Membership Card

Members will receive a custom-engraved metal membership card after purchase.
The customization request must comply with our content guidelines (e.g., no offensive or inappropriate language).
HiFiSoundGear reserves the right to reject engraving requests at its discretion.

6. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

If the Membership is a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Members can cancel their renewal at any time through their account settings or by reaching out by email to info@hifisoundgear.com.
Canceling a membership does not result in a refund but will prevent future charges.

7. Modification or Termination of Membership

HiFiSoundGear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership program at any time, for any reason.
If the program is discontinued, members will be notified in advance, and any remaining benefits will be honored where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

HiFiSoundGear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of membership benefits.
Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
