View full detailsStep foot into the realm of high-end audio gear with IEMs for $1800-$2400. Discover a fine selection of IEMs with a stunning combination of aesthetics, features, and sound, and take your music listening experience to the next level.
Explore in-ear monitors from 64Audio, FiR Audio, Noble Audio, and Empire Ears, and find the perfect high-end premium IEMs for your sound preferences.
You don’t need an amp to drive IEMs in most cases. IEMs are generally easy to drive because of their low sensitivity, which shouldn’t be too surprising, considering how small the drivers in in-ear monitors are. You should be able to drive most in-ear monitors from your phone, tablet, or laptop without issues and enjoy satisfying sound quality using any source.
With that said, some in-ear monitors can benefit from extra amplification. Some of the most common benefits of feeding extra power to your IEMs are tighter bass and a less congested and potentially more detailed sound. The differences can be subtle, however, which means you might not be able to tell the difference when running your in-ear monitors through your phone or amplifier.

The 64Audio Trio offers a visceral listening experience like no other. Its booming, powerful bass, exciting midrange, and sparkly treble will make music sound fun and exciting no matter the genre.
The Trio is a triple-driver hybrid IEM, featuring a dynamic driver for the bass, a balanced armature for the mids, and a Tia high driver for the treble. Under the hood, you get 64Audio proprietary technology such as Apex for enhanced comfort and sound and LID or Linear Impedance Design for consistent sound on any source.
The bass is the highlight of the Tia Trio IEM and there’s enough bass to satisfy bass heads. The low-end frequencies in the Trio sound massive - strong rumbles and slams come effortlessly for the Trio and with extra texture to boot. The Trio’s speedy dynamic driver will keep up with even the most challenging EDM tracks, allowing you to feel every bass hit with good definition.
The midrange on the Trio is smooth and natural. Male vocals sound weighty, while female voices extend effortlessly with good tone and detail. The treble of the Trio IEM is exciting, offering good sparkle and air, which makes your music sound more engaging and fun.
Even more impressive is the Trio’s ability to spread out sounds and give them their own space on the soundstage. You can easily pinpoint where each artist or instrument sits on the stage, which makes for an immersive sound experience.
Build quality and comfort is great with the Tia Trio. You get a brushed aluminum faceplate and a black aluminum shell, which looks very sleek. Thanks to Apex Technology, you can enjoy a pressure-free fit that you can wear for hours without discomfort.

The Noble Audio Spartacus’ speedy drivers and excellent tuning make it a great IEM for guitarists looking to experience next-level tone, detail, and texture from their music.
The Spartacus looks and sounds incredible. The first thing you notice when you look at these IEMs are those stunning organic fiber faceplates and the sleek resin shells. The Spartacus’ design is so beautiful that can pass as an art piece at an exhibit, and it feels great on the ear as well.
Under those stunning shells is a six-driver hybrid setup, featuring a mix of Sonion Balanced Armatures and Bone Conductors. Without a dynamic driver slowing things down, the Spartacus can render notes fast, which results in enhanced detail and clarity without sacrificing tone and accuracy.
The way the Spartacus produces bass is incredible - especially when you consider the bass is produced only by balanced armature drivers. The speedy BA drivers deliver an enjoyable amount of bass with defined rumbles and impactful slam. This results in a clean and tight bass that never sounds muddy or bloated. The generous bass also gives guitars and other instruments a full-bodied sound.
The midrange of the Spartacus is clean and forward, which gives vocals a present feel. Male and female vocals sound weighty and life-like, while instruments sound grand and exciting. Unlike its bass and midrange, the Spartacus’ treble is smooth and non-fatiguing but offers very good detail when rendering acoustic and electric guitars.
Overall, the Noble Audio Spartacus delivers a combination of excitement and refinement few IEMs can match. Its powerful yet snappy bass and exciting tuning make it the perfect IEM for guitarists or audiophiles looking to hear extra details from their music.

The Electron 12 is a fairly simple IEM under the hood, featuring just a single 12mm electro-dynamic driver. The large dynamic driver produces the type of bass BA drivers can only dream of, offering effortless punch and a deep rumble in music, movies, and games.
To take things a step further, the E12 features Tactile Bass technology, which pumps bass vibrations directly to the E12’s shells so you can hear and feel the bass at the same time. How’s that for immersion?
As for the Electron 12 IEM’s midrange and treble, you’re getting a forward presentation for a more enjoyable sound experience. Voices sound very detailed and clear while instruments are rendered with very good tone.
Like other FiR Audio IEMs, the E12 also features ATOM Venting technology for pressure-free listening sessions, alongside SwapX technology which allows you to customize the E12’s faceplates on the fly.
The FiR Audio Electron 12 is a solid choice for gaming, especially if you’re looking to experience a more bombastic sound in your favorite games. The E12’s powerful bass and comfort-enhancing technologies make it the perfect IEM for extended gaming sessions.

The A12t delivers an unbeatable combination of bass textures, accurate soundstage, and clean detailed sound so you can produce your next big hit with precision.
The A12t is a high-end custom in-ear monitor with eleven balanced armature drivers and a single Tia high driver for the treble. These drivers are tuned to deliver a warm-neutral sound, which lets you enjoy strong bass and a clean and detailed midrange and treble.
The bass is easily the best thing about the A12t IEM. There’s enough bass to satisfy even the most demanding bass heads but there’s also great control, which means bass never sounds muddy or bloated. The sub-bass notes are easy to differentiate from the mid-bass notes, allowing you to hear rumbles with greater detail. The bass is so good on the A12t you can hear bass guitar vibrations with ease.
The midrange and treble of the A12t is detailed and clear. Vocals come through with very good detail and clarity, allowing you to hear voices with a life-like tone. The treble is well-extended, so you can hear new details in music you’ve never heard before.
The 64Audio A12t doesn’t just sound great, it's comfortable and offers a good fit as well. 64Audio’s 3D Fit ensures a glove-like fit for enhanced noise isolation and comfort, while Apex technology vents extra air from your eardrums for a pressure-free listening experience. You can even swap out the Apex Modules to get the right amount of pressure relief and sound you want.
You can’t go wrong with the A12t for studio mixing work. Its incredibly clear and detailed sound coupled with the enhanced comfort afforded by 3D Fit shells and Apex Venting make the A12t a true studio-reference workhorse you can wear comfortably for those long hours in the studio.
Price: $1,999.00
The 64Audio U12t is a legendary IEM at this point, best known for its top-tier bass, wide and accurate soundstage, and detailed sound. For years the U12t has been the benchmark in-ear monitor and is still the one to beat in the $1800-$2400 range.
The U12t IEM has all the bells and whistles you could want from an audiophile IEM. You get a sleek aluminum shell with a comfortable shape, twelve drivers, Apex Technology for enhanced comfort and soundstage, and of course, that incredible sound.
Under the U12t’s shells you’ll find twelve BA drivers, one of which is 64Audio’s patented Tia driver, which delivers unbeatable treble clarity and detail. Four of these drivers handle the bass frequencies and produce one of the best bass you’ll ever experience in an IEM.
The bass of the U12t hits hard, offering a combination of bass rumble and punch with a satisfying amount of texture to boot. Bass notes sound natural and full-bodied, and you can easily hear and feel the bass vibrations in bassy music.
The midrange of the U12t is balanced and detailed. Vocals are rendered with good tone and detail, effortlessly revealing sounds like breaths from vocal-centric tracks. Instruments sound life-like and detailed as well, allowing you to hear subtle sounds like string slides and taps.
With the Tia high driver handling the U12t’s treble, you can expect a sparkly and airy feel when listening to music. The extra air adds space between instruments and voices and creates a 3D-like soundstage that sounds big and spacious.
Like its sound, comfort and fit with the U12t is top-notch. The 64Audio universal shell shape fits most ear types without issues and is comfortable to wear for hours. Apex Venting helps with comfort as well by venting extra pressure from your eardrums so you can listen without discomfort. You can even swap out the Apex Modules to get the relief and sound you want.
The U12t continues to be the gold standard for IEMs, offering great sound and comfort that’s unlike any other in-ear monitor in the market. It is the IEM to get for any audiophile looking to experience true endgame sound.
Everything went really smoothly and I'm enjoying the headset I purchased. It shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I had a question about my purchase and received a quick response from the seller. I would buy from HiFiSoundGear again.
Unexpected as in very pleasantly surprised at the sound quality coming out of these :)
I took my Mega5-EST and hooked em up wirelessly and don't miss the wire sound AT ALL!! IMO the wireless sound was 98% of the wired sound without the PIA of the wire. Unless you have some amazing source gear, which thanks to Adam at hifisoundgear I do, you would be hard pressed to hear a massive difference. Especially with a phone as your source.
I did A/B noble Fokus Prestige vs Go pod w Mega 5 and gotta say l, there is more balanced sound with the Go pod chain then the Prestige on its own. To be fair the Mega 5 punches WAY above its price... so the 2 are a match made in heaven.
I find the connection very stable as well. I've used my iPhone AAC/SBC as well as with FiiO BT11 to get other than Apple codecs and was pleasantly surprised as well.
The ear hooks are very comfortable. Actually prefer them to the wire hanging over my ear with a tie behind my neck. For some reason that's hard to get used to and pulls as I wear loose shirts. The hooks stay in as I like to move around a bit. Also the weight is better distributed than other wireless IEMs as the components are in the hooks. The prestige, unless I have foam tips, which I'm not a fan of, will pop out of my ears when I move around. These stay stable and I do not have to re-seat the IEMs to get that great bass nearly as often with other wireless IEMs.
Battery level has been all day 10 hrs so far with intermittent breaks and still have 28% left.
The case also is deep enough to fit the Mega w hooks as it charges which is very convenient. Some IEMs may be too big but they fit with a tad bit of room to spare.
Of course having the flexibility to swap out your favorite IEMs as needed is awesome!!
5 stars for the Go pod and more importantly 5 stars to Adam and his team for such amazingly awesome customer service!! You guys ROCK!! Thanks :)
The iFi Audio iDSD Diablo 2 is an absolute masterpiece in the world of portable amps. It delivers an audio experience that redefines what’s possible in a compact, travel-friendly device.
To all the "haters" out there who mention that the 5180mw output is an overstatement and the "balanced" is not a true balanced output... I say whatever... it drives anything I throw at it with aplomb! FostexTH900mk2, ZMF Caldera Open and Closed, ANY IEM my friends and I have tried ...too many to list. If you need more power than this portable titan.... well you may have hearing loss. And it drives all I mentioned without using "beast mode" (they refer to it as Nitro (1 of 3 settings)). If anything, it could use a lower gain option / IEM match for some sensitive IEMs.
The implementation of BT 5.4 (supports all codecs) is a welcomed addition for quality, but in general, the distance it can be from the source is very small for consistency. That is not a Diablo issue, but a BT5.4 issue IMO.
As for the sound quality...simply unparalleled. I have compared this to desktop headphone amps in the same price range and I would put it toe to toe with them. It even ran close to my buddy's Burson Soloist 3x!!! and the Diablo 2 is portable :)
I run it using A&K SP3000T and it oozes warmth and richness in the lows and highs WITHOUT covering/smoothing anything up in the mids, which is my jam.
It is on the heavier side and will still fit in a pocket... barely. built like a brick. At the limit of what I would like to carry but totally worth it! I get about 6 hours of the 8 rated battery with constant listening, no Bluetooth on, hard wired, IEMs / Caldera tested on the battery life.
In conclusion, the iFi Audio iDSD Diablo 2 is nothing short of extraordinary. It’s the ultimate portable amp for those who refuse to compromise on sound quality, power, or versatility. If you’re serious about your audio and want the best experience on the go, the Diablo 2 is the perfect choice.
Shout out to Adam, a massive THANK YOU!!! for your absolutely OVER THE TOP customer service and shopping experience :) :) Seriously, your dedication and attention to detail have been nothing short of exceptional.
With all the online ordering over the years, HifiSoundGear provides the best service I have encountered. It was as though they were good friends. They responded so nicely to all my questions about the product and shipment. As it works out, while I liked the IEM's, I concluded they were not sufficiently different from the ones i had been using. Again, for the process of returning and getting a refund, they could not have been nicer. Buying from them was a first rate experience.
Recently had a great experience with Adam and Laura. I requested a price match for the FiR KR5 and it was such a painless process. Adam and Laura’s communication is top notch! Adam even sent me a personal thank you video. In my experience, this level of service is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend going through HifiSoundgear for your audio needs….I know I will be going forward! Thanks Adam and Laura!
The quality of service, level of help provided, and overall customer satisfaction is beyond anything I have experienced. I cannot say enough good things about the people who belong to this company!
As for the U4S, these are my first foray into 64 Audio but I am SO thankful that I got to experience them! My goodness the soundstage, bass response from the m15 module, and overall quality is just great!
Please, buy from these wonderful people! And if you can swing it, get a set of U4S! You will not regret it!
Only complaint is the cable. For the price, I expected better, but it works well and is just fine.
Thank you HiFi Sound Gear! I look forward to purchasing more from you in the future!
These are the closest TWS gets to pure IEM listening. You get the wide soundstage. They scale quickly. They have that satisfying bass slam often missing in TWS. The layering is just right and resolution is mesmerizing. Oh yes, you get the convenience of taking them on the go and they are truly comfortable. Noble has achieved a superior status in my eyes with the FoKus Prestige. I look forward to listening to them on my walks when I don’t have to take my DAP. Adam is one of the greats in this business. His commitment to customer service is exceptional. You aren’t a customer, but a client. He helped me after losing my first pair and just went above and beyond to ensure that I was shipped a new pair in less than two days. I am completely satisfied and impressed. You will be too. Thank you and looking forward to my future purchases from your establishment.
