Immerse yourself in the music with the FiR Audio Neon 4 IEM.
Everything you need is included with the FiR Audio Neon 4 IEMs!
The Neon 4 comes with premium features for both universal and custom variants.
Hearing the bass is one thing, actually feeling low-end sounds kick and slam on your ear is an entirely different thing.
With the FiR Audio Neon 4's Kinetic Bass technology, you can enjoy deep-reaching detailed bass and feel every bass note reverberate through your ears for a truly immersive listening experience.
The massive bass port at the back of the Neon 4's shell pumps low-end frequencies directly to your outer ear for a satisfyingly tactile bass feel. You won't experience bass like this on any other IEM.
IEMs work by moving air through drivers to produce sound. All that extra air will eventually fill your eardrums and cause in-ear discomfort.
Never worry about ear pressure ever again with the Neon 4. ATOM Venting technology allows extra air to exit through revolutionary ATOM Modules for enhanced comfort and soundstage.
The best part? You can swap out the ATOM Modules to get your preferred ear pressure release and noise isolation.
The Neon 4 is designed to deliver only the purest sound possible to your ears with its Open Acoustics system comprised of Open Drivers, Sound Reactor, and Sound Reflector tech.
The Open Acoustics architecture features a fully tubeless design for the purest sound reproduction. Sound from the Open Drivers naturally flows toward the Sound Reactor chamber and is pushed out to your ears through the Neon 4's nozzles. The High OpenDriver located in the canal stem of the Neon 4 features its own Sound Reflector for ultra-smooth high frequencies.
The Neon 4 is built to last, featuring RIGID tech for enhanced connector, nozzle, and shell durability.
The Neon 4 Universal boasts an ultra-durable Rigid 2-pin design rated for up to 1,000 connections and its nozzles are protected from debris and other contaminants thanks to the Rigid Snap Screen.
The custom Neon 4 also boasts a proprietary RCX connector rated for up to 5,000 connections, and the custom-molded shells are up to 20% thicker for enhanced durability.
Built using precision CNC Aluminum Shells and beautiful Sapphire Glass Faceplates, the Neon 4 boasts a premium and durable design that will turn heads wherever you go.
The Neon 4 covers frequencies from 20hz and extending to 20kHz - allowing for a wide range of frequencies to be reproduced accurately.
The Neon 4 is a premium universal hybrid IEM from FiR Audio. Priced at $2,299, the Neon 4 offers an engaging sound with its powerful, tactile bass and crystal-clear sound.

Here's how shipping works around here:
While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.
Here's a quick rundown of our return policy.
We get it. You've got a lot of choice when it comes to online retailers. Here's why we think you should shop with us at HiFiSoundGear.
Ordering Process:
At HiFiSoundGear, we understand that the journey to perfect audio is unique for every individual. We also understand that the custom IEM ordering process can be confusing at times. That's why our custom IEM ordering process is designed to be as seamless and supportive as possible.
Here's how we do it:
1) Choose your custom IEM model, add to cart, and proceed through checkout. This authorizes payment for the base IEM, and gets the ordering process started.
2) We'll reach out with an order confirmation and send you a form with instructions on choosing your custom options. You can fill out the form yourself, or contact us by phone or email. We're happy to fill in the options for you - just let us know what you're looking for!
3) If you've chosen any options that have an extra cost associated with them, we'll handle it at this point of the process with an invoice. (Custom artwork, wood faceplates, etc.)
4) We'll find a few audiologists in your area and work on helping you get an appointment set for your impressions! All you need to do is show up. We'll provide you with a special guide and instructions for your audiologist.
5) Send us pictures of your impressions so that we can verify whether they can be used for production. This prevents the headache of shipping your impressions only to find that they are not detailed enough.
6) We'll send you a shipping label and a confirmation sheet for your impressions, marked and addressed to the right place. We'll even ship you a box if you need it!
7) We'll confirm that your impressions have been received, and that the production of your custom IEMs has begun! Expect to wait 4-6 weeks for production and final shipment.
As always, we're available to help at any point of the process. Just reach out by phone at (888) 926-8024 or by e-mail at info@hifisoundgear.com.
Returns
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are NOT available for custom IEMs after your order has been submitted and production has started, due to the highly custom nature of the product.
