Does FiR Audio have custom IEMs?

FiR Audio offers two unique IEM models - Electron Series and Frontier Series. The Electron Series has two variants: the Electron 12 and Electron 10, and the Frontier Series has four: Xenon 6, Radon 6, Krypton 5, and the Neon 4. All these options come in both universal and custom shells. 

You can build your unique set of IEMs through the FiR Audio IEM Designer on their official website. Pick your base IEM, choose your preferred ATOM integration, select your preferred cable connector, and customize your IEM’s shells using various faceplate materials, colors, and logos.

The Xenon 6 is the best IEM in FiR Audio’s stable when it comes to bass. Bassheads will love the Xe6’s visceral bass impacts and its thick and warm sound presentation. 

Alongside the Krypton 5, the Xenon 6 is one of four Frontier Series IEMs that FiR Audio released back in 2022. It features stainless steel shells, Kinetic Bass technology, ATOM Venting, and RIGID tech found in other Frontier Series IEMs like the Neon 4 and Krypton 5.

Tuning-wise, the Xe6 features a v-shaped tuning with elevated bass, recessed mids, and extended treble. 

The bass on the Xe6 is seriously impressive - deep, powerful, and rumbly. Xenon 6 produces wallops of bass and does so in a controlled and detailed manner. The Kinetic Bass technology and Open Acoustics design help drive a sense of tactility to the Xe6’s bass impacts. You hear and feel the bass at the same time, lending to a very intense bass presentation that will appease die-hard bassheads. 

Midrange takes a step back in the mix on the Xe6 due to the elevated bass response. Voices get good power and body, which complements male vocals perfectly, while female vocals get a lush and thick sound. Instruments are presented with substantial body and weight, giving tracks more energy and power. 

The treble on the Xe6 is very smooth. There’s just enough treble to give tracks a sparkly and airy presentation. 

Build quality and comfort is top-notch on the Xenon 6. The gold-machined aluminum shells feel solid and smooth to the touch and offer a very good fit, even for those with smaller ears. One thing to note about the Xe6 is that it is quite heavy despite the small shells. Thankfully, the included Scorpion cable’s ear guides help with on-ear fit and comfort.

The FiR Audio Radon 6 is a limited-edition in-ear monitor made to commemorate FiR Audio’s 5th anniversary. It is available in universal and custom-fit models and offers improved sound over the already impressive Xenon 6. 

FiR Audio has taken everything they have learned from the Neon 4, Krypton 5, and Xenon 6 to make the Radon 6 their best IEM yet. Powered by one 10mm dynamic driver, four Balanced Armatures, and one electrostatic driver, the Rn6 delivers a superbly detailed bass response that bass players will find very satisfying. 

Like its Xenon 6 sibling, the Radon 6’s bass is easily its best trait. FiR Audio used updated shell material for the Radon 6. Gone are the heavy stainless steel shells in favor of a lightweight machined aluminum unit. The new shell material, alongside the small and lightweight build, makes the Rn6 an easy IEM to wear for longer sessions.
