Welcome to HiFiSoundGear! In appreciation of our customers, we're offering an exclusive promotion: one free TIDAL gift card valued at $20 with every qualifying purchase. This document outlines the terms and conditions of this offer.
2. Eligibility
- This promotion is valid for customers who purchase items outside the "accessory" section of our main navigation on the HiFiSoundGear website. For example, a purchase of an A/V Receiver valued at $1200 qualifies for this promotion, while a $2.99 IEM cleaning tool (under the "accessories" tab) would not qualify.
- This offer is automatically applied to cart alongside qualifying products.
- The offer is available while supplies last and is subject to availability.
3. Gift Card Details
- Eligible purchases will be accompanied by one TIDAL gift card, worth $20, per purchase.
- No more than one gift card will be sent per purchase, regardless of the number of cards the customer selects in their cart.
- The gift card code will be sent to the customer’s registered email within 48 hours of order shipment.
- The gift card is redeemable solely on the TIDAL platform.
4. Use of Gift Card
- The gift card can be applied to a new or existing TIDAL subscription.
- It must be redeemed within 6 months from its issue date.
- The gift card's value will be credited to the customer’s TIDAL account upon redemption.
5. Returns and Refunds
- If a qualifying item is returned for a refund, the value of the TIDAL gift card ($20) may be subtracted from the refund amount,.
- The gift card is non-refundable and non-returnable after issuance.
- This deduction is waived if the return is due to a product defect or an error by HiFiSoundGear.
6. Prevention of Promotion Abuse
- HiFiSoundGear reserves the right to withhold gift cards if a customer is suspected of abusing the promotion, such as through repeated returns, fraudulent activities, or misusing the promotion.
- Decisions regarding promotional abuse are at the discretion of HiFiSoundGear and are final.
