The 64Audio A18s is built using 64Audio's revolutionary 3Dfit technology for unmatched comfort and fit.
The 3Dfit process utilizes digital rendering and 3D printing to preserve details in your ear impressions with outstanding accuracy. The result is a true glove-like custom fit for enhanced noise isolation, comfort, and sound.
Built into every A18s custom IEM is 64Audio's patented Apex Technology for enhanced comfort and soundstage performance.
Apex Technology works by releasing extra air from your ear canal to ensure your eardrums remain in a neutral, relaxed position. This results in virtually zero in-ear pressure for ultra-comfortable listening sessions.
Apex also enhances soundstage performance and allows for some sound and noise isolation customizability. Swap between the included m15 and m20 modules and fine-tune the A18s to your preferences.
The most notable change for the A18s is the inclusion of 64Audio's LID technology. With Linear Impedance Technology, the A18s delivers accurate, reliable sound onstage or in the studio no matter the source.
A feature missing in the original A18t custom in-ear monitor, LID actively corrects non-linear electrical resistance of multi-driver IEMs like the 18-driver A18s for a consistent sound performance wherever you go.

Ordering Process:
At HiFiSoundGear, we understand that the journey to perfect audio is unique for every individual. We also understand that the custom IEM ordering process can be confusing at times. That's why our custom IEM ordering process is designed to be as seamless and supportive as possible.
Here's how we do it:
1) Choose your custom IEM model, add to cart, and proceed through checkout. This authorizes payment for the base IEM, and gets the ordering process started.
2) We'll reach out with an order confirmation and send you a form with instructions on choosing your custom options. You can fill out the form yourself, or contact us by phone or email. We're happy to fill in the options for you - just let us know what you're looking for!
3) If you've chosen any options that have an extra cost associated with them, we'll handle it at this point of the process with an invoice. (Custom artwork, wood faceplates, etc.)
4) We'll find a few audiologists in your area and work on helping you get an appointment set for your impressions! All you need to do is show up. We'll provide you with a special guide and instructions for your audiologist.
5) Send us pictures of your impressions so that we can verify whether they can be used for production. This prevents the headache of shipping your impressions only to find that they are not detailed enough.
6) We'll send you a shipping label and a confirmation sheet for your impressions, marked and addressed to the right place. We'll even ship you a box if you need it!
7) We'll confirm that your impressions have been received, and that the production of your custom IEMs has begun! Expect to wait 4-6 weeks for production and final shipment.
As always, we're available to help at any point of the process. Just reach out by phone at (888) 926-8024 or by e-mail at info@hifisoundgear.com.
